If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or full refund for your physical products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us for prior authorization of any returns within one week of receiving your order and we will try respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days. All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of any items in their original condition, and fully refunded within seven business days.
The following items can not be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable content and printables
- Final sale items
Revelry Ink refund and cover additional postage for:
- Orders that are damaged in some way
- Items received in error
- Lost packages (case by case basis)
Revelry Ink will not refund or cover additional postage for unused products that are no longer wanted or needed.
